Hiiiii.
So. I know I’m not a huge giveaway person, but I am totally blown away by your support and love and all that jazz lately, especially for Seriously Delish and how you’ve completely changed my life. I want to do, well… SOMETHING for each and every one of you and since I can’t buy you all a cocktail with a hug, I figured a giveaway of my favorite things would have to do.
This giveaway is from ME to YOU. I want to show you how much I appreciate you coming here everyday, the encouragement you’ve given me and your all around virtual fabulousness. You really do complete me, Jerry Maguire style. THANK YOU!
See below on how to enter to win all of these goods!
1. This Rebecca Minkoff Crosby tote. It’s no secret how much I love love love my mac clutch bags and mini macs. And my cupid satchel. I love every bag she makes and am totally drooling over this for fall.
2. Jeni’s ice cream! 4 pints to be exact. This should last you, like… five minutes.
3. A Vitamix blender. I’ve become the biggest hypocrite on the planet because for years I said I’d never buy one and would rather buy shoes. But I took the plunge earlier this year and it was seriously LIFE CHANGING. Talk about the thickest milkshake-like smoothies and the creamiest soups. To die for.
4. One year subscriptions to my favorite foodie magazines: Donna Hay and Delicious. These are my go-to for photography inspiration. LOVE. Nothing else compares in my opinion.
5. A fit bit flex. It’s been close to a year since I’ve gone on and on about my fit bit. I completely adore it – not as a workout tool, but more so as a reminder to live an active lifestyle.
6. Two of my favorite books: the Flavor Bible and Bird by Bird. One of the most frequently asked questions I get is how do I come up with recipes – and one of the answers is the Flavor Bible! If I really want to make something with a certain ingredient, I’ll search it and see what flavors pair the best. And Bird by Bird… well it’s a classic that gets me through life. Pretty much.
7. Ummm…. chocolate? Do I really need to explain this one? This is one of my favorites. I need to share.
8. Gift cards to some of my favorite places: $50 to each. One to Sephora, one to Athleta and one to Starbucks. Because I’m a sucker. (if you don’t like coffee GET THE CROISSANT!)
And lastly – this colorful set of my favorite le pen pens and a moleskin notebook (MY LOVE!). It’s school supply time people!! But really, these pens are the bomb dot com. (sorry.)

Being present at my great nephews birth! So proud!
My husband graduated from grad school. Three long years are over!
My magic moment this summer was going to Napa with one of my best friends from college. One morning I woke up early to run and ended up trailing some hot air balloons. It was the perfect reminder that there is more to life than work!
My best summer moment was, hands down, having my baby girl Hadley! Our family is now complete :)
My magical moment of the summer was getting a job offer for my first “big girl” job out of college! So excited to be working with people I adore.
P.S.–
I preordered Seriously Delish on Amazon! I am COUNTING DOWN the days!!!!!!!
I think my magic moment may have been losing my job. It’s scary to go from something known and secure to the wild and crazy unknown, but I’m dreaming big of doing something great with this unexpected season!
One of my favorite moments of the summer was seeing my oldest ride a bike for the first time.
My magical summer moment came when I got nearly all my husband’s family to come to a tiny town in Colorado for my husband’s 40th birthday. It was spectacular!
Magic moment? Wine tasting at my house. My 8 yr old niece made turkey meatballs and pasta. Yes. Made meatballs and pasta. She and her brother put on waiter aprons with towels tucked at the waist. Kept our plates and water glasses full. Awesome kids!
I moved to Nashville two weeks ago in order to pursue a dream I’ve had for years and years… feels both scary AND magical!
You mean aside from finding that you’re pregnant? Lol
There was a day in June when the light was perfect in the dining room and my coffee tasted just right and everything was quiet. One of those mundane, yet oh-so-magical moments in life that I wished would last forever.
I have already preordered on amazon. And you seem to be refusing to come to portland, oregon…
My magic moment was when I went to play mini golf with my boyfriend. Unfortunately he beat me and won the bet lol. It was fun though. I’m looking forward to next month.
My magical summer moment was landing my dream job!
I’m in Sydney, Australia, so summer is still coming for us. My magic moment in winter was seeing my baby-to-be at my 20-week ultrasound. Crazy to think that miniature human creature is growing inside me and doing little flips and stretches even though I couldn’t quite feel her at that stage. I’m sure my magic moment in summer will likely be something baby-related too – maybe a beach trip that we have planned (hoping it leans more toward the magical and less towards the disaster side of the scale… haha)
Also I pre-ordered your book ages ago & SO EXCITED it’s nearly September & I’ll have it soon :)
I think my magic moment is yet to come – on Labor Day we’re leaving for a road trip down the Pacific Coast Highway!
Thanks for the giveaway!
My magic moment was taking my Mom and Grandma to dinner and a Celtic Women Concert for a multi-generational girls night out! :)
My magical summer moment was the first time I went to Catalina Island. They let you take the ferry for free on your birthday, so we decided “why not”. It was absolutely spectacular.

My magic moment was starting dental school and beginning my path to my dream job.
My magic moment was taking my Mom and Grandma out to dinner and a Celtic Women Concert for a multi-generational girls night out. :)
My magic summer moment was watching 4th of July fireworks on Lake Arrowhead from a boat with my best best friend who’s moving to NYC! Such a special moment for me knowing that even though she’ll be far, when we’re together it’s the best.
Favorite moment: drinking port on steps in Lisbon, Portugal after a romantic dinner. That city was incredible!
Magic moments are plentiful. Walks with my daughters, grilling pizza and beautiful, PINK sunsets!
My magical moment of the summer was experiencing my first heart break and suddenly realizing on a manhattan roof with my girlfriends that I was strong enough to make it.
And also the first time I made cheese. :)
Pre-ordered eons ago. Cannot wait!
I don’t know exactly when it happened, but at some point this summer I acknowledged the fact that I’m good enough. Not that I deserve things or that I am entitled to things, but that I am good enough for things. I am good enough for that Equipment blouse that I can’t really afford; I am good enough for that job; I am good enough for my boyfriend. There’s nothing more magical than realizing your self-worth. :)
Wow, I’m amazed that you chose to give away true gifts from YOUR heart rather than a sponsor’s pockets – what a treat! One of the many reasons I’m honored to be your invisible internet friend and reader :)
My most magical moment this summer was visiting Donner Lake in northern California with my family. The weather was perfect (not too hot, not too cold), the water was the perfect temperature, we saw GORGEOUS sunsets, and I read a great book (The Glass Castle) in 24 hours! Haven’t done that in ages, and I LOVED every minute of it. I just wish I could read like that more often.
My magic moment was spending the weekend at the beach with my babies and watching our son swim across the pool for the first time. So proud!
My magical moment this summer was on July 12th when my bf of 4 years threw me a surprise bday party (it was actually a surprise which is amazing because he’s a boy and doesn’t plan) but also incredible because he flew my family in from all over where he have me a custom memorial bench and proposed. I was shocked an overwhelmed. So much love and support. Yay!
My magic moment from this summer was when I travelled to Israel and Jordan for a couple weeks in June. I was sitting on the balcony of my hostel in Wadi Musa, Jordan at sunset after having spent the entire day in the crazy 113 degree heat while exploring the ancient city of Petra. My sister and I were eating a last minute thrown together dinner consisting of a huge cucumber and hummus while watching the sun go down over the desert-y mountains…and the call to prayer started. It was our first night in Jordan, and I had never heard such a beautiful symphony of music live before. While I am not in the least bit religious, there was something so moving and peaceful about experiencing it in that moment. It started with one mosque, and then cascaded all throughout the city into perfect harmony calling back to one another. It actually gave me chills, and made me feel so appreciative and blessed. Something I will never forget, and always treasure.
My magic moment this summer has been hearing the pure joyous laughter as my two kids splash and frolic in the ocean.
My magical moment was paragliding for the first time in the amazing Triglav National Park in Slovenia (near Lake Bled). I’ve jumped out of planes before, but this was on another level.
my summer moment was enjoying my first home cooked meal in my new NYC apartment! complete with a $3 Trader Joe’s bottle of wine, of course :)
Also, I preordered Seriously Delish earlier this month and I SERIOUSLY can’t wait!!! :) I also can’t wait to meet you when you come to San Francisco!

My magic moment of the summer was taking my boys on a trip to see family. So many great memories!
My magic moment was taking my 9 yr. old son to an amusement park, just the two of us. Even though it had just started raining, they remained open and we did the go-karts together and bumper boats and had a blast!
My magic moment was seeing the Grand Canyon during a sunset!
My magic moment was watching my baby daughter eat ice cream for the first time… Strawberry, at the local creamery, handmade and delicious. She barely took a breath between bites.
My magic moment was hanging upside down without hands from a pole for pole dance, and realizing that all my efforts for getting fit were paying off. =)
This one is easy….my magic moment is giving birth to my son, Max!
My moment would be when my husband arrived home. After serving 2 1/2 years in Afghanistan he is now home to stay!
My magic moment was making s’mores with my daughter for the first time!
My magical moment was finding out my sister, BIL, and nephew have their new Air Force assignment in LA (from Germany). I’m so excited to see my best friend (my nephew – he’s 1) more. The rest of my summer has been beyond lame. I won’t tire you with it. But I will say if I win this will def become my magic moment!
My magical moment came when I actually stopped to enjoy the beauty of where I live and let it nourish my senses and soul.
My magical moment this summer was deciding to move out to Nashville, TN. Very nervous but also excited! This giveaway’s awesome!
