Hiiiii.
So. I know I’m not a huge giveaway person, but I am totally blown away by your support and love and all that jazz lately, especially for Seriously Delish and how you’ve completely changed my life. I want to do, well… SOMETHING for each and every one of you and since I can’t buy you all a cocktail with a hug, I figured a giveaway of my favorite things would have to do.
This giveaway is from ME to YOU. I want to show you how much I appreciate you coming here everyday, the encouragement you’ve given me and your all around virtual fabulousness. You really do complete me, Jerry Maguire style. THANK YOU!
See below on how to enter to win all of these goods!
1. This Rebecca Minkoff Crosby tote. It’s no secret how much I love love love my mac clutch bags and mini macs. And my cupid satchel. I love every bag she makes and am totally drooling over this for fall.
2. Jeni’s ice cream! 4 pints to be exact. This should last you, like… five minutes.
3. A Vitamix blender. I’ve become the biggest hypocrite on the planet because for years I said I’d never buy one and would rather buy shoes. But I took the plunge earlier this year and it was seriously LIFE CHANGING. Talk about the thickest milkshake-like smoothies and the creamiest soups. To die for.
4. One year subscriptions to my favorite foodie magazines: Donna Hay and Delicious. These are my go-to for photography inspiration. LOVE. Nothing else compares in my opinion.
5. A fit bit flex. It’s been close to a year since I’ve gone on and on about my fit bit. I completely adore it – not as a workout tool, but more so as a reminder to live an active lifestyle.
6. Two of my favorite books: the Flavor Bible and Bird by Bird. One of the most frequently asked questions I get is how do I come up with recipes – and one of the answers is the Flavor Bible! If I really want to make something with a certain ingredient, I’ll search it and see what flavors pair the best. And Bird by Bird… well it’s a classic that gets me through life. Pretty much.
7. Ummm…. chocolate? Do I really need to explain this one? This is one of my favorites. I need to share.
8. Gift cards to some of my favorite places: $50 to each. One to Sephora, one to Athleta and one to Starbucks. Because I’m a sucker. (if you don’t like coffee GET THE CROISSANT!)
And lastly – this colorful set of my favorite le pen pens and a moleskin notebook (MY LOVE!). It’s school supply time people!! But really, these pens are the bomb dot com. (sorry.)

My magic moment this summer was simply lying on my back in the (unusualy) warm sea, looking up at the sky and thinking about how fantastic life can be.
It’s hard to pick one moment when the whole summer felt like a giant magical balm for my soul. But I think the one that sticks out the most is one random Sunday in July, sitting on the shore of Lake Michigan with the husband to watch the sun go down. Nine years later and I’m still so happy my heart could burst. Thanks for a great giveaway, Jessica! Can’t wait to meet you in NYC!
My magic moment was taking part in the Edinburgh half marathon. I never thought in my life I would ever be a runner. Anyway I did it and raised money for charity at the same time, win, win. In October I am taking part in the Glasgow half marathon having been motivated my the Commonwealth Games this summer and I know it’s not the same, but I will feel like I have run a marathon this year :).

Summer is just magical! The nights that are very clear here we go outside and stargaze. Snuggling with my children under the stars in very soft blankets makes life feel overwhelmingly wonderful!
My magic moment was having my entire family, including my 86 year old mom gathered on our porch for a summer supper.
I forgot to add that I pre-ordered your book ages ago and can’t wait to get it!!!
After working as a Nursing Instrustor for 3 colleges and having the most difficult time finding a full time job, I decided in June to go back to school for my Family Nurse Practitioner. I am loving every minute! Yes my life is hectic…yes it tests my patience….but I know by the end of next year, this will be e best decision for myself and my family.
Magic moment: first time taking our three year old twins to the beach and watching my daughter embrace swimming in the ocean.
And then realizing my bathing suit was so old it was actually see through.
:)
There were so many…but I think the one that I would have to choose as the most memorable is this. My 2 year old granddaughter was eating breakfast with me this summer and as we were making a house out of the jelly packets :) as we were waiting on our pancakes she looked at me and said “Mimi, you are the best Mimi ever!” That was the most awesome thing ever!!
My moment occurred sitting on the beach at sunset with my 19yo daughter and 21yo son, realizing what the word “blessed” is really all about. I am so thankful for the great relationship the 3 of us have!
Oh! And your book is preordered! Yay!!
I just returned from a long weekend in Maine with my two boys. The most simple of cabins, we were totally unplugged and without the baggage that comes with our normal daily routine. My 11-year-old would snuggle in bed with me each morning–something I know might not last much longer.
My magic moment has been getting to spend time with my fiancé after working nonstop for the past year!
My magic moment this summer was spending the day with my husband-the two of us alone. <3
Magic Moment: Traveling 10+ hours to the beach with my 3 kids to be able to watch their Papa retire from 27 years of military service and watch him and my mother join in holy matrimony!
Magical moment would be watching the sunrise over the ocean.
My magical moment was going camping this summer with my old friends from college. I moved to Georgia at the beginning of the year, so I haven’t seen most of them in the better part of 8 months. So this was my time to reconnect with them and spend time with my favourite people. Best part? We sat around the fire and made peanut butter smores.. So yummy.
My magic moment was getting married to my high school sweetheart and honeymooning in Maui!!!
What an amazing giveaway! My magical moment this summer was going to the Harry Potter theme park. :)
Hi! My magic moment this summer was watching my 22 month old play in the lake that I spent every summer on as a kid – sadly, we hardly ever get there these days since it is in Vermont and we live outside DC. But we made it this year! :)

My magical moment was watching my 54 year old husband graduate from nursing school! He now has his first job as a nurse and its wonderful watching him grow and learn more every day.
I’m a new mama and the whole summer has been magical with my new little man but if I had to pick one moment it would be the moment he stood up all by himself. My husband and I took him to have a lakeside picnic so he could see the ducks and all the boats. He was crawling around and just stood up and started waving his arms and excitement. I love to watch and learn and grow and glad my husband got to experience that moment too.
Most magical summer moment for me was this past weekend when I was at a Serena Ryder concert…She is a stellar performer!
This summer saw us take our first family vacation with our four kids ages 7, 5, 3, and 1. Hectic and crazy to be sure but we made lots of memories. So much fun!

Without hesitation I can say for sure the most magical moment I had this summer my family and I were in Maui Hawaii, on the beach at sunset, and I had my camera in my hand. I captured the BEST pictures of my kids ( 16 and 13) laughing, hugging, talking, watching the incredible red sun sink into the ocean. It was magic.
Magic Moment.. My better half took me to Florida for the first time! I got to go on rides, get the lamest tan in the world (which faded after a day), buy cheap-but-awesome shoes, and the best bit? The food. I finally got to try all of those things I read about on American blogs, like grits (yum), biscuits and gravy (seriously, they’re a scone! They should be eaten with jam and clotted cream, not sausage based gravy!), and I finally got to meet somebody whose job title was ‘Omlette Chef”.
Best. Summer. Eveeeeer.
And now I proudly have a Harry Potter wand and sparkly Minnie Mouse ears sitting on my living room shelf. So proud.
Magic moment. I was uncomfortably pregnant and hot! It was my birthday 29Jun and I was miserable. I told my hubby at 5 pm lets just go for a walk around the block in the awful heat. 1hr later my water broke :-) I was not due until July 9th. I labored for 24hrs and finally all natural like I had wanted I pushed my little man out on 30Jun! I was able to labor how I wanted and got skin to skin contact. It was so precious and amazing. Currently I got up at 4 to feed him and I’m snuggling his little face :-) so in love!
Oh, and I preordered the book an age ago! I live in England.. will the preorders be signed over here? Love love love you.

I think my magic moment is right now. My children, who are all in their 20s and who all live in different states, are home now and asleep in their beds. My future son-in-law is also here so our family is expanding. My two huge and lovable dogs are at my feet, and my husband celebrated a milestone birthday with family and friends around. This weekend I saw my eldest daughter in a wedding dress for the first time and it brought tears to my eyes. In addition, we had a lovely brunch yesterday with the family who will soon be joining ours and many recipes of yours were made and enjoyed! Life. Is. Good.

My magic moment from this summer was seeing my 9 month old granddaughter splash in my pool!
My summer moment was for sure the fourth this year. We had a full house of friends and enjoyed your corn tomato goat cheese bruschetta along side grilled wings with a bunch of different sauces. Took in a baseball game followed by fireworks and then a wedding to top it all off!
