Hiiiii.
So. I know I’m not a huge giveaway person, but I am totally blown away by your support and love and all that jazz lately, especially for Seriously Delish and how you’ve completely changed my life. I want to do, well… SOMETHING for each and every one of you and since I can’t buy you all a cocktail with a hug, I figured a giveaway of my favorite things would have to do.
This giveaway is from ME to YOU. I want to show you how much I appreciate you coming here everyday, the encouragement you’ve given me and your all around virtual fabulousness. You really do complete me, Jerry Maguire style. THANK YOU!
See below on how to enter to win all of these goods!
1. This Rebecca Minkoff Crosby tote. It’s no secret how much I love love love my mac clutch bags and mini macs. And my cupid satchel. I love every bag she makes and am totally drooling over this for fall.
2. Jeni’s ice cream! 4 pints to be exact. This should last you, like… five minutes.
3. A Vitamix blender. I’ve become the biggest hypocrite on the planet because for years I said I’d never buy one and would rather buy shoes. But I took the plunge earlier this year and it was seriously LIFE CHANGING. Talk about the thickest milkshake-like smoothies and the creamiest soups. To die for.
4. One year subscriptions to my favorite foodie magazines: Donna Hay and Delicious. These are my go-to for photography inspiration. LOVE. Nothing else compares in my opinion.
5. A fit bit flex. It’s been close to a year since I’ve gone on and on about my fit bit. I completely adore it – not as a workout tool, but more so as a reminder to live an active lifestyle.
6. Two of my favorite books: the Flavor Bible and Bird by Bird. One of the most frequently asked questions I get is how do I come up with recipes – and one of the answers is the Flavor Bible! If I really want to make something with a certain ingredient, I’ll search it and see what flavors pair the best. And Bird by Bird… well it’s a classic that gets me through life. Pretty much.
7. Ummm…. chocolate? Do I really need to explain this one? This is one of my favorites. I need to share.
8. Gift cards to some of my favorite places: $50 to each. One to Sephora, one to Athleta and one to Starbucks. Because I’m a sucker. (if you don’t like coffee GET THE CROISSANT!)
And lastly – this colorful set of my favorite le pen pens and a moleskin notebook (MY LOVE!). It’s school supply time people!! But really, these pens are the bomb dot com. (sorry.)

My favorite summer moment is a compilation :)
We started, as a family, picking a food group (yes, cheeseburgers are a food group) and going to all the places in our city that are “famous” for this food. And we made a score sheet and filled one out every time we went. It included: what we ordered, side dishes, ambiance and of course a food review! It was so fun and delicious!
Enjoying our 1st summer in our new house by playing in the backyard and watching memories being made. I’m looking forward to many more fun summers in our backyard!
And I pre-ordered your book on Amazon!!! I cant wait!!!!
My magic moment of the summer was my wedding! It was the perfect day in the most cliche way! :)
My magic moment from the summer was going away with family. With everyone’s busy schedules it is always hard to find time to be together. This year we scheduled a week in Mexico at an all inclusive resort. The time spent with them was priceless!
Magical summer moment – completing a grueling for me hike to see the stunning lake. Worth it, even if I am still sore.
My magic moment happened this past weekend, watching my daughter and her soccer team tough out a very hot, shorthanded championship game. Even though they lost (1-0) I couldn’t possibly be more proud of her and her teammates.
I pre-ordered your book from Amazon! I cannot wait to try the recipes!
Last Friday, my daughter took her first steps, so that’s my magic moment!
My magic moment this summer is when I realized my best friend was not my best friend, she was just using me for her personal gain. It was painful but once I recognized the fact that I do not need to cilng on to a fake friendship to feel my worth, I am liberated and more empowered. Time will heal my scars and this summer is my first step.
My magic moment is hanging out with my kids and feeling like I connected with them more without the hassle of internet at all. It was a great time. Thanks for the chance to enter.
My magic moment was finding out we are expecting a little baby this spring!
My magic moment of the summer was when my entire family was all together at Nags Head for a week. The fact that 20 of us make it a priority to spend at least one full week together every year is magic to me.
My magic moment, not only of the summer but of my life, was the birth of my sweet little girl!!! Now she brings a little magic to my life everyday! :) <3
Hi! My magic moment of the summer was starting a blog! I’d been toying with the idea for a while and I just did it one day! It felt awesome. I recently hit 1k views so I’m pretty stoked :) It’s just something for me to do and it justifies buying so much make up!
I spent the summer working in Colorado Springs and it was full of great moments! On Saturdays we would go on day hikes with a packed lunch and have a picnic in some of the most beautiful places I have ever seen!

I took my 3 yrs twins to a butterfly atrium where they were surrounded by butterflies and watching them carefree and giggling hysterically was the best summer moment ever. I was very magical.
One magic moment from this summer was during our family vacation: every one got dressed up to go out to dinner after a beautiful day bike riding, playing on the beach and at the pool, my husband and I on the other hand were exhausted. We purchased some nice meat and grilled out in our pjs sipping wine and bourbon. It was the most magical and restful and delightful part of our vacation. So simple, probably boring to most, but much needed for us :)
My magic moment this summer was kayaking for the first time at a lake near my new house, such a lovely feeling!
My magic moment was sailing in the chesapeake.
My magic moment was finally getting a new job after being unemployed a few months!!! Nice to have some spending money in time for the summer, but a bummer because i wouldnt lay at the pool everyday haha

I had two pretty magical moments this summer – finding my dream wedding dress and hiking to the top of Mt. Washington with my fiance. Yay!
Vacationing in St Martin with family and friends was just perfectly magical!
Hello from Edmonton, Alberta!
It’s hard to pick one magic moment but I would like to pick gardening as my summer moment. I’ve long avoided the dirt, digging, bugs, and watering – but due to some personal hardships I took up gardening as a way to nurture something that I could see. And now I’m hooked! There’s something magical about flowers blooming and even getting your hands dirty to allow something to grow. Amazing.
Just being able to hang out with the kids and the hubs and good friends all summer long!
My magic moment…I found out that I’m pregnant! I am so excited and can’t wait for the roller coaster ahead!
Weekends at the beach…so magical moments rather than magical moment, I suppose. Summer nonetheless!
My magical summer moment was when my two year old told me I was his princess. Melted my heart. :)
My magic moment has not arrived (yet?) but I’m hopeful it’s about to happen soon. I did make two blithe berry pies this summer…that requires a wee bit of sorcery. :-)
I adore Chuao chocolate, especially their dark chocolate + pop rocks. (You might enjoy Wild Ophelia too. She makes a savage dark chocolate BBQ chip bar!) Congrats on everything. xoxo
My magic moment this summer was seeing my husband on stage for the first time in a long time and truly seeing him in his element was just amazing for me. I haven’t seen him so happy in a long time.
when i found out i was pregnant :P
Hello! My magic moment was the entire week my husband and I got to spend with my family at our lake cabins in Michigan. We were able to tell them all we’re expecting in 2014! It was a great moment!

I got married! (and the cake was delicous)
Okay, so mine takes a second to explain: My husband is just starting out in film, and has been debating where to go with his career. Randomly, I saw an ad calling for applications for a scholarship contest for the David Lynch Film school. So my husband proceeded to apply… It was a lot of steps and a lot of work. After a long wait, we found that he was awarded third place, which was awesome, but still not helpful financially enough for him to go. So we let go of it, and moved on. A week later the school contacted us, told us they believed in him so much that even though he didn’t win that particular contest, they really wanted him to attend and believed in him, so they raised the funds for him to have a full scholarship including housing and food!!! So that was pretty magical!
My magic moment was being on the beach in the outer banks with my husband on my fifth wedding anniversary.
Also preordered your book and can’t wait!
Happened a little bit pre-summer, but my magic moment for the year (and really of life) happened April 25 when my beautiful baby daughter was born :)
