Happy Birthday, Seriously Delish! (Giveaway!)
You guysssssss. Today marks exactly ONE YEAR since Seriously Delish was released! 365 days. 525949 minutes. Like a billion seconds. I can’t believe it’s been an entire year!

I won’t ever be able to thank you as much as I want to thank you for the amazing opportunity to write this book. To go on the book tour and see all of you, to connect with you in your kitchen in a way that doesn’t involve a computer screen everyday. There is no possible way I can express how freaking grateful I am. No way.

The support for this hot pink binded, rambly worded thing I call a book blows my mind. Thousands of you have written and emailed and instagrammed and sent me pictures of what you have made and it NEVER GETS OLD. I never get used to it. I still get giddy and excited and thrilled to see what you are making and hear your stories around the book. Please never stop!

To celebrate, I’m giving away three signed copies of Seriously Delish. To enter, leave a comment below and tell me the answer to this very important question: what is your favorite song? Contest is open to EVERYONE EVERYWHERE and will run until Sunday.
I love you something fierce. xoxo

Hmmm so many favourite songs but I’m heading to a wedding this weekend and there is no song I’d rather dance to with my husband than Wagon Wheel
It’s always going to be Emotional Rescue, by the Rolling Stones.
How do you even answer this question?? Don’t laugh at me but I like that Demi Lovato song that is out now. Cool for the Summer I think it’s called? Ugh. I am making an effort to listen to this stuff so I can keep up with the times. For my son’s sake. Even though he is only 1. Otherwise I would be listening to 90’s R&B all day long. Anything by Maxwell is at the top of my list.
all time – Hotel California
New fave on repeat – Don’t You Worry Bout a Thing
I have too many to choose just one! Ps I’m a 60 year old stuck in a 31 year old body. ?
This is an impossible question to answer! So I’ll give you my favorite song of THIS summer, which is the super poppy but empowering Girls Like Girls! It gets in your head.
If I had to pick my favorite song would be “Check Yes or No” by George Strait!

While I’m hard-pressed to pick a favorite, since I do enjoy most genres of music, I would have to say my all time favorite song is currently American Honey by Lady Antebellum.
Super difficult question but my answer would be “Beauty on Fire” by Natalie Imbruglia and “Gravity” by Sara Bareilles ?

The opening lines of the songs ( Today, was a happy day. No disappointments, no expectations on your whereabouts…), the soothing voice and the calmness of the guitar makes this song MY HAPPY song. Every time I feel happy for a split second I start humming it or singing it. Pure gold !
