Happy Birthday, Seriously Delish! (Giveaway!)
You guysssssss. Today marks exactly ONE YEAR since Seriously Delish was released! 365 days. 525949 minutes. Like a billion seconds. I can’t believe it’s been an entire year!
I won’t ever be able to thank you as much as I want to thank you for the amazing opportunity to write this book. To go on the book tour and see all of you, to connect with you in your kitchen in a way that doesn’t involve a computer screen everyday. There is no possible way I can express how freaking grateful I am. No way.
The support for this hot pink binded, rambly worded thing I call a book blows my mind. Thousands of you have written and emailed and instagrammed and sent me pictures of what you have made and it NEVER GETS OLD. I never get used to it. I still get giddy and excited and thrilled to see what you are making and hear your stories around the book. Please never stop!

As for song I gotta go with a classic! I can be in the worst mood ever, but if the song “Don’t Stop Me Now” by Queen starts playing, I can’t help it but drop everything and start dancing/singing along. It is simply the best, never fails.

Desperado by The Eagles…. my mom sang it to me as a lullaby or when I was sick…. and I still stop everything I’m doing to sing along when it comes on the radio. Second place is Thunder Road from Bruce Springsteen (the slower, live version, not the studio one).

My favorite song: “Hey Soul Sister” by Train. Came out as I was going through a divorce and I would jam it in my car on my way to work every morning! Years later when I hear it, I still feel brave and confident!!!

My favorite song is “Hotel California” by the Eagles. It’s a classic and never gets old. Ever since I was a kid I have known every single lyrics, and without doubt, each and every time it comes on, I sing at the top of my lungs. Embarrassing everyone around me, obviously.
