If I could wish for one thing this Christmas it would be a vacation for my whole family. As we’ve all gotten older we have scattered across the country. We can’t always all get together for the holidays and a vacation (or even staycation) would be perfect for all of us to catch up.

I wish to find my grandmas caramel recipe! She would make them every Christmas and send them in a tin. She passed away and we never knew where she kept the recipe. We still haven’t found it written anywhere but if I could I’d make them for the whole world :)

If I had ad this mixer I would bake cookies and cupcakes for the homeless shelters in my county. There are too many people in this world that don’t have luxury items, let alone a roof over their head. Sometimes even just a little joy can do wonders for others.
My wish would to be able to travel the world and experience all the different foods and cultures!
My one wish…I would love to be able to afford to be a stay at home mom. My little guy will be six months old next week, and time is fleeting :(
