I love Seven Springs!!! I’m in VA and growing up that was the only ski resort my dad would go to (even though we have some here!) If you ever get down to Williamsburg this time of year, you should go Christmas Town at Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg! So so so pretty.

When we don’t feel like cooking, we make a dutch baby & sausage or bacon. Mmmm!
Each year on Christmas Eve we celebrate my grandpas birthday- this year is his 92nd! We have a polish meal of pierogie, mushroom soup, sourkraut, kielbasa and salad. It is my favorite thing we do as a family every year:)

Ooh, I love chicken, rice, peppers and green chiles in the crockpot! A little cayenne pepper, a diced jalapeno if you like extra heat, and a grating of extra sharp cheddar at the end. Yum!
