Love my slow cooker for chili on a cold busy weeknight!
Kitchen Sink Soup! Whatever is leftover from the week’s previous meals goes into the pot with frozen stock, a long forgotten can of beans, and a half-used box of noodles!
Favorite easy weeknight dinner? Slow-cooker tacos. At noonish, I throw frozen chicken breasts, some salsa and homemade taco seasoning, and by dinner time all I need to do is get taco shells and toppings ready. And not only is it easy, everyone will eat it.
Crockpot Taco Soup! Easiest thing ever.
Pizza! I make a bunch of pizza dough and keep it in the freezer. Then I pull one out in the morning and let it thaw in the fridge over the course of the day, prep the ingredients, and bake away. So many flavor options!
My go to is chicken caesar salads.
Stove top mac and cheese!

Pizza!!! We make pizza once a week and I seriously cant get enough!! I love all the toppings! I do the dough the night (or two nights) before, I always have san marzano pizza sauce that I freeze and thaw the morning of, and once we get home from work its such a quick and easy meal.

I just cook some ground turkey and use it accordingly. It works for tacos, meat sauce, or something Asian-ish. Also, my children do not complain about those meals. HA!

My favorite easy weeknight dinner (because I’m single and lazy) is boiling whole wheat noodles, throwing in a handful of frozen broccoli to the boiling water for the last few minutes, draining and then topping with butter, pepper, and parmesan.
