My quick weeknight meal is usually chicken tacos. I normally have chicken and tortillas in the freezer. Cook and heat up. Add salsa, avocados, and cheese, voila!

My favorite easy weeknight dinner is stir fry! Dump some protein and veggies in a pan with some spices…and call it a day!
Something with shredded chicken made in the crockpot – tacos, burritos, bbq sandwiches. Quick and easy.

I love making homemade pizzas for an easy weeknight dinner!! It’s so easy and is always a fun treat to look forward to. Trying to muster up the courage to try your cauliflower crust recipe again. I attempted it once a few years ago and made a complete disaster of it and have been scarred ever since. Maybe I’ll give it another go in 2017 :)
