My favorite memory of 2017 was traveling through Ireland with my husband, specifically Great Saltee Island . Neither of us had been to Ireland before, and we loved it!
2017 brought another year for me to enjoy my family, including three kids in their 20’s, which brings me the most happiness :)

Finding out I was pregnant!
It’s so hard to pick a favorite moment from this year. One of my favorites was my husband and I getting a weekend away for my birthday. Since we had our daughter I’ve traveled for work but we haven’t gotten to get away just the two of us. It was really sweet to just get time to be us.
My husband and I got to spend a few nights in Colorado Springs!
My favorite memory was drinking margaritas on the beach in Tulum.
My favorite memory of 2017 is getting engaged! We have been together for 9 1/2 years and are planning on a Fall 2018 wedding!
My favorite moment of 2017 might have been sitting in an Iceland hotspring with my husband and kids. Can’t wait to get back there!

My favorite memory of 2017 was a family trip we did this summer to Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks. We rented a van and took a road trip! It was SO much fun! We sang songs, laughed a ton, and got to see some amazing sights. We don’t live near each other so it was great to spend a long weekend together. :)

My favorite part of 2017 was starting my dream job in June. I never thought Work could be something that you truly love doing and look forward to until now. I work with Meals on Wheels and had wanted the job I am in for years so when the opportunity arrived for me to apply it was so exciting and even more exciting when I actually got the job!!!!

My favorite memory of 2017 was running two marathons in one month – proving how stubborn I can be, the first one was awful so i signed up for a second a few weeks later. It was ridiculous, but the second one went so much better and I felt like a million bucks for trying again!

I follow you on instagram and facebook. this is a weird memory but it stands out as pretty funny moment. My sister, her husband, her 2 kids, our niece and nephew and I were doing our annual amusement park trip. but this year we decided to try busch gardens. and one of the days we explored colonial williamsburg. well it just so happened to be on the HOTTEST day of the year. we were so hot. and there wasn’t much escape from the heat, but in our search for a cold drink, we found a huge barrel of ice. and we all ended up scooping ice and dumping them down our backs and on top of our heads. We must have stood there for a good 10-15 minutes getting some relief.

My best memory of 2017 is graduating college and starting a real adult job! Also, I started reading your blog when I was a junior in high school, so I’ve been around a loooong time. Thanks for being the food of my life. :)

My favorite moment of 2017 is when my mom came home from the hospital after spending 102 days there (which included thanksgiving and christmas 2016) it was a rough road but she fought hard!

My favorite memory is my cousin’s woodland-themed wedding in Howth, Ireland <3 So fortunate that I got to be a part of it.
Two days after Thanksgiving, my son, John, his wife, Michelle, and I delivered hot turkey meals and hot turkey sandwiches to the homeless in town. I will never forget the way their faces lit up – the homeless that for a morning they were not forgotten and John and Michelle – that their love is endless and they do this type of giving all the time.
My favorite memory of 2017 is when my aunt visited from another country! We had so much fun, and while she was here we made many of your recipes!

I had kind of a rough year, with lots of losses, but I some great memories too. The top memory was bringing my almost 3 year old to Disneyworld for the first time. We twirled and danced in front of the castle (all lit up for Christmas) as we made our way to the exit. <3 <3 <3
