Following! 2017 was a pretty great year, but my favorite memory was a girl’s weekend in Nashville!
My favorite memory of 2017 was our first family vacation with my son. We stayed in a mountain AirBNB outside of Asheviile, NC in the Blue Ridge Mountains. It was gorgeous!
My fiance and I bought a house this past year, and it’s one of the best decisions we made, aside from THE PUPPY WE ADOPTED!!!!!! It’s been a big year :)

My favorite memory of 2017 was a surprise visit from my son-in-law who drive from Michigan to celebrate my 50th birthday with me. My daughter was in China and they didn’t want me to not do something special just because she wasn’t here. It was an amazing day!

My favorite memory in 2017 happened while playing pretend Wonder Woman with my three year old niece when she ran over, jumped in front of me and said not to worry she would protect me. Favorite memory of 2017 – snorkeling with a pod of wild dolphins! I’m not much of a swimmer, and I was terrified to get in the water at all, but I was on a tropical trip of a lifetime with one of my closest friends and managed to talk myself out of saying no to such a thrilling experience – and then to have a group of dolphins swim up to us and play put it over the top! It was incredible!
My favorite memory of 2017 was my daughter graduating college and our family joining her for the celebration!
My favorite memory is of my son FINALLY getting to come home from the NICU after 4 long months in the hospital! Now I get to snuggle him all day every day and it’s just the best 😍

(Close runner up was making your cherry and peach cobbler with the oatmeal cookie crumble…I physically cannot stop making that crumble topping with every and any kind of fruit. Apple and cranberry is my favorite so far!)
Favorite memory would have to be riding my tiny motorcycle 300-ish miles in one day! That was the first time I had ever rode that much and it was exhausting, but so much fun.

In March, on a surprise long weekend in the sun (so SO needed after last winter!), I got engaged to my best friend ( that I went to Prom with more years ago than I can count! but we never dated until reconnecting 2.5 years ago)
My favorite memory of 2017 is taking my 6 year old and 2 year old to FL for the first time. We stayed at the Legoland Hotel and they were soooo happy. My 6 year old is crazy for Legos and this was on his summer list to do. I still love seeing the video of his reaction, priceless!

SO many things felt like firsts this year with my daughter! Giving her a toy kitchen and playing with her everyday has been a highlight!
my family vacation to cape hatteras – we were with homeowners so we got to stay even though electricity was down and the island was evacuated. it was surreal being on the beach alone!
My most favorite memory of 2017 was seeing my son’s face light up at Disneyland for the first time! 2018 will be hard to top that one.
