Favorite memory of 2017: bringing our newborn home & having his older brother run for his trains so he could play with baby. 😊
My favorite memories of 2017 were settling into our new house, seeing my son graduating from preschool and then starting kindergarten this past fall and making the adjustment like a champ and watching my second kiddo go from a baby to a crazy, funny, little toddler.
My favorite memory is being with my husband and friends in Cape Cod!

My favorite memory of 2017 was cooking for my mother and having her genuinely enjoy food for the first time in a long time. She had been undergoing treatment for a serious illness which changed the flavor of a lot of her favorite foods, if she even had an appetite for them. (She’s well now and eating like a champion. :)) Happy holidays to your family!

My favorite memory of 2017 is the day my son was born 7/14/17 I have 2 other children 11 and 15 and didn’t think I would ever get to have another. I left an abusive husband and started over with my 2 children and my fiance and I were hoping to have a baby, after my gastric bypass and loosing 3 pregnancies I didn’t think it was possible but we were blessed with our new bundle of joy and we all couldn’t be happier. The children love him to pieces.
I loved seeing my baby turn into a toddler and now seeing my three-year-old and one-year-old play together!
Tough choice! I think my favorite moment has to be when we took my daughter to New York City. She loved it! Especially the Statue of Liberty and the giant milkshake she got.
On November 15th, after a VERY complicated break up with a cheating alcoholic, I saw my friends again for the first time in a year. Having ignored their warnings and words of advice, I felt incredibly ashamed and guilty to even share a room with them. After we’d all hugged and said our hello’s, one of them was brave enough to ask me why I’d been absent for so long, so I told everyone about the deceit, but especially about the abuse. I was expecting them to not care, of course, maybe as a form of punishment for how much I’d neglected them. Instead, I got a second round of hugs and was reassured that I was safe and welcome there, and that they’d never left my side. I’d never felt more at home.
Finding out my husband and I are expecting our first child – a little girl!
