My favorite memory this year was celebrating my 40th birthday with my husband, son and all my dear friends. It is a blessing to go into 2018 feeling so loved by so many wonderful people.

My absolute favourite memory of this year was my Nana finally being well enough to come off full-time dialysis. On her birthday, we recreated one of my all time favourite memories (when I was 6, she taught me how to make our family’s apple tea cake while kneeling on a kitchen chair in our family home) and baked a beautiful apple tea cake. It was such a beautiful moment and such a relief to have her home.
My favorite memory of this year was the surprise birthday party my sister put together for me..it made turning 30 a total blast!
My favorite memory of 2017 was simply just going on a family trip to the beach with my husband’s family: his parents and his brother, wife, and their little girl. We all live so far apart and have busy schedules. That was the first time in year’s we’ve all been together and the first time I really got a chance to know my niece :)
Any memory of my 2yr old daughter playing with my dad, her pop pop, who is still laughing and smiling in spite of ALS, is my favorite.
2017 will be remembered by celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary in Niagara Falls!!!
I remember being very little girl my grandmother made us all matching Christmas pajamas for me and my cousins..I can still picture them in my mind red with ruffles around the neck that thick itchy material.
All us kids with dark hair and big brown eyes running and playing christmas eve, the whole family over. Not a care in the world but waiting for the moring. This would be i n late 70s..life was so simple easy loving and the innocence I had believing in santa. I can think back and that warm feeling still peaks out even today. Im truly blessed to have the memory of waking up christmas morning by my brother and running down the steps and looking at a miracle..I try to pass that to my childern but I dont think I ever got it right because mine was like a what’s like a fairytale. A true childhood fairytale. Merry Christmas
My favorite memory of 2017 was a vacation to Canada with my family. It was a great time of connecting, laughing, and good food! D
My favorite memory was winning at a horse show that has always been a dream of mine. It was honestly a dream I never really imagined could come true so I am still just floored by it!
My favorite memory was seeing my kids play in the snow for the first time when we went on vacation to Montana. They couldn’t contain themselves & would just jump in the nearest pile of snow the second they walked outside-which would end up being a ditch!

My favorite memory for 2017 was our family beach trip this summer. Our toddler finally embraced the beach. Last year she refused to touch the sand, refused to go in the water, and refused to get off the towel. This year she played in the water until her lips turned blue. So much fun!
Making it halfway through my bucket list to see every major league ballpark. I went to numbers 15 and 16 this year, so I am officially over halfway there!
My favorite memory of 2017 was taveling through Europe with my best friend (who introduced me to your blog). We ate our way through ridiculously inexpensive pastries in Budapest and found amazing apple strudel in Vienna. Happy holidays to you and your wonderful family! Thanks for sharing the love.
I think finding out that my sister is finally after years of trying and miscarriages is expecting this coming January! I just love all your recipes Jess and your recipes are always the ones that make people say “oh my god this is so good!!” When I make them. Have a wonderful Christmas with your family of 4!!
My favorite memory of 2017 was flying to Paris for the weekend to celebrate my dad’s birthday. We never have vacationed just to vacation, so I’d say this was a pretty great first!

My favorite memory of the year was when we found out we were pregannt! Seeing that first positive pregnancy after a year and a half was a memory I’ll Never forget.
My favorite memory that I have is being able to spent every single day with my significant other who died unexpectedly in his sleep next to me. My favorite memory also the night before I found him deceased that I was able to tell him “I loved him” and he told me “he loved me back.” The memories of all of our travels especially the trip to Cuba that was forgotten so quickly because he died only 4 days later.
One of my favorite memories of 2017 was reuniting with many close friends from out of town at a much awaited wedding this fall!
