Easy dinner…spaghetti! I buy the ingredients, my SO does all the cooking…it’s his specialty!
Tacos – even on a Monday!
Easy dinner………fondue! We do fondue for the entree and for the dessert.
Tacos, spaghetti, or chicken and baked potatoes :)
Definitely spaghetti! It’s quick and easy, and my husband’s favorite!
Omelets are always an easy dinner!
Favorite easy dinner with a toddler is a hard one but we tend to make a veggie (steamed or roasted) over a salad with nuts and avocados. Thankfully the toddler loves veggies!

My favorite easy dinner recipe is nachos… all the kids love them and they don’t take much to put together. We just throw whatever we have on hand together and heat them up.

My super easy go to is Tacos! But I love the most basic grilled cheese!!!
We love pot roast! Put in in a pot with some carrots, onion, and potatoes, a little stock for moisture, throw that baby in the oven, ta-da! Heaven in a dish! Pasta is always a solid choice too!

Sheet pan dinners- chicken or fish, along with veggies all on one pan to roast in the oven!
Tortellini soup. Frozen tortellini cooked in chicken broth instead of water and then topped with an obnoxious amount of parm cheese. With a grilled cheese on the side, perfect dinner!

Tacos are our go-to easy dinner. Although on extra lazy days they usually turn into sheet pan nachos 😜

My favorite easy dinner are these korean beef tacos! Makes a ton, it’s delicious, and no real work besides chopping an onion and grating some ginger. And then it’s all ready when I come home!

I make a quick and easy pasta with pancetta, canelinni beans, onion, garlic and olive oil! I always have the ingredients on hand and it’s delicious!

favorite easy dinner is so simple! I big plate of roasted veggies with some sauteed tempeh. Yum!!
Garlic crusted salmon grilled in coconut oil (gives a hint of coconut flavor).
Shredded bbq chicken in the crockpot on a nice, soft roll. Quick and yummy :). And a kitchen aid would be great to do the shredding!

mine is tacos i love tacos
Our go-to quick dinner is a pasta tossed with a jarred sauce. Sometimes I will brown some ground beef to add for protein for red sauce or bake chicken for white. We’re not picky!
I basically do “sheetpan dinner” – roast a bunch of veggies and some sausages.
Homemade pizza
We do “brinner” aka Breakfast for Dinner as a quick and easy dinner.

Snack dinner! Basically whatever cheese, meat, fruits and vegetables I have left over, with some crackers. All put on a tray and served for dinner. My kids love it and it is a great way to use up food!
