We make pasta for a quick meal, but we add whatever veggies or cheese we have on hand to make the store-bought sauce more exciting.

I always have some spiced shredded chicken, pork or beef in the freezer. So I use that to make some tacos, or a salad on those nights I come late and need to get something on the table quickly.

Favorite easy dinner? It’s easy to flatter you on this one – definitely the CREAMY GOAT CHEESE AND ARUGULA PASTA SALAD! (https://easy-solution.today/2017/05/goat-cheese-arugula-pasta-salad/%3C/a%3E%29%3Cbr /> I make this without the olives (for dietary reasons) and with whole wheat penne pasta – and it’s almost not fair how easy it is to make such a sublime, creamy dinner… I don’t feel like I deserve the gushing compliments afterwards ;)
Oh, and my absolute favorite dinner isn’t the easiest but does it count if it’s the least input for that much output? That would be the SLOW ROASTED CHERRY TOMATO PIZZA WITH GARLIC CREAM AND ARUGULA (see my review here: https://easy-solution.today/2017/10/white-pizza-cherry-tomato-garlic-cream/comment-page-1/#comment-1227631%3C/a%3E), and yes, there is a definite pattern there!!!
