My favorite easy dinner is tacos!!
One of my favorite go to recipes for dinner is Lemon Pasta with roasted shrimp from Barefoot Contessa. I’ve been mailing it regularly for years now and have it down to a Science. It’s on the table in 30 minutes and we never get sick of it. Had it last night for dinner!!
Fajitas or turkos! (turkey tacos :-) )

My favorite easy dinner is a salad where I toss whatever leftover veggies I have as well as olives etc… that are always on hand.
When I am completely out of dinner ideas I always fall back on Andie Mitchell’s “Cheesy Mexican Quinoa Black Bean Casserole.” The ingredients are shelf-stable pantry items I keep on hand and it comes together quickly.

My kids and I favorite weeknight quick dinner is Hawaiian pizza. I always keep the ingredients in the house and its a great opportunity to spend time making dinner together after working all day.
My favorite easy recipe is roast chicken – not a ton of prep and leftovers for days!
Spinach and mushroom quesadillas – easy to make for the whole family and sneaking in some spinach in all that cheese is good for the kiddos, right?!
Chicken noodle soup in the winter…. barbecue burgers in the summer!
Roasted sweet potatoes topped with avocado and a poached egg!
My favorite easy dinner recipe is grilled chicken with sautéed peppers and onions with all the fixings for burrito bowls. This is stuff we typically always have on hand and always easy to throw together quickly!

Sweet sour chicken – it has 5 ingredients and one is water!!
Tacos are probably my favorite super easy dinner! But I’m also loving your tamale pie! It’s really not hard to make and if the chicken is already made (like mine usually is since I make it in “bulk”), it doesn’t take that long and tastes AMAZING!

One pan roasted veggies, potatoes and sausage! Just dice, toss with seasoning, olive oil and roast until finished. SO easy and SO good!
I like chicken alfredo with linguini, especially if I have leftover chicken I can use. In the time it takes to boil the noodles and whip up a quick sauce, I have one of my favorite dinners.
Tacos or breakfast for dinner. Or combine the two! Breakfast tacos.
Slow Cooker Chicken Tacos (chicken breasts, bell peppers, salsa, taco seasoning, lime juice) with quick-pickled red onions and spanish rice. Yummm. Toppings are endless & we have leftovers for days!

Your tomato soup with garlic croutons and fiery baked eggs are two of our go-to dinners! They are both so tasty and fairly quick!
I love baked chicken! It’s so simple and there are numerous ways to baste it. Pretty much any side can be served with chicken. My go-to is just salt, pepper and butter, then broil for a few minutes after baking to get the skin nice and crisp. So good!
My favorite easy dinner recipe is crockpot shredded chicken or pork! Put ons one tortillas with salsa and you have a meal! Easy and delicious!
my favorite easy dinner is roasted cauliflower with a quick lemon, garlic, and tahini sauce, and these great marinated salmon filets packed in paper ready for the oven from our local grocery chain.
My favorite easy “go-to” recipe is Spaghetti Amore! It’s a true family fave…every time I make it! This post is for a skillet version, but it normally is made as a casserole. So yummy and easy!

Sauce wise, you could go with a Marinara, BBQ or Buffalo sauce…which everyone gets to pick which sauce they’re in the mood for that night. A simple, easy, choose your own adventure meal that comes together with little prep work!
