My goal is to say YES more!
My goal for 2018 is to be as present in the moment as possible. It sounds cliche but i often am constantly thinking ahead and of what is coming “next” or worrying and having anxiety about things that could happen. I want to be present with my toddler and appreciate the little moments with him, and not get so wrapped up in worry about the unknown.
My goal is more strength training. My abs are nonexistent after having two kids.
