i have two goals: to learn french and to run a half-marathon!
My goal for 2018 is to be more generous! Wedding planning has had me crunched for time and money lately, so I want to give to my friends and causes I care about next year without overthinking it.
A goal that I have for 2018 is to be more patient and kind to myself (and others, of course).
My goal for 2018 is to get more organized in all aspects of my life- my daily schedule, closets, drawers, finances- Everything!
Goal is to buy a house!
My goal for 2018 is to run a 5k – not far, but it’s a start!
My goal is to try and spend good quality time with each of my kids. With and 8 yr old, a 1 1/2 yr old, and one on the way I want to make sure to spread my love between them all! Sometimes the little ones take up more attention obviously but I want to really make an effort to give them each separate time and ❤️!
One of my goals for 2018 is to unplug more from social media.
2018 Goal: Have a healthy baby boy in April and survive the rest of the year :)
To continue the personal improvements I made in 2017!
I preordered the cookbook yesterday and can wait to receive it in March!
My goal for 2018 is to read more and watch less tv. I also want to finally tackle macarons and puff pastry at home!
I really enjoy your site and the recipes. Looking forward to receiving the new book this spring. I love to cook and bake and have gotten a lot of inspiration from you!
to finish my post, little hands hit the keys before I finished, sorry. For 2018 in the cooking realm I want to become a better bread/pastry baker. In life, I want to unplug and be more present day to day.
My goal is to be more connected with life and all those around me!
I have lots of goals for 2018 because I’m turning 30! Become a homeowner is on the top of my list.
One of my goals for 2018 is to cook with my kids. Through holiday baking they’ve started to discover the fun of cooking and I’d love to keep that up through the year (and maybe even get more vegetables in them!).
My goal for 2017 is to run the Pittsburgh half marathon!
My goal for 2018 is to start exercising more.
My goal in 2018 is to start cooking through the many cookbooks I own (including The Pretty Dish once it arrives)! Cooking makes me so happy, but I don’t always make time for experimenting with recipes. I also asked for The Flavor Bible for Christmas at your recommendation, so I’m hoping to learn a lot from that!
lose the final baby weight I’ve been carrying around since February 2017
A goal I have for 2018 is to run another half marathon!
My goal for 2018? Enjoy the cozy moments in life! And be more content with simpler things
One goal I have for 2018 is to read more. I used to read so much! Like, 10 books a week! I don’t read as much now, I think it has to do with too many options for time wasting on my phone. I also want to get outside more. We live in a very moderate climate, plus we live is such a gorgeous place, I live a 7 minute walk from the beach, and I find myself stuck inside all day. I want to get out more, and go to the beach!
My goal for 2018 is to attend a yoga class at least once a week! I’m a stay at home mom and find I hardly ever take time for myself, so taking a couple hours a week to focus on becoming more centered is important!
I preordered the Pretty Dish!
One goal I have for 2018 is to be more present and put my phone down more. I want to savor more quiet moments.
My goal is to be on my phone less!
My goal is to find calm next year while my husband is deployed and I have two toddlers at home!
My goal is to save for a kitchen renovation to cook [your recipes!] in!
I’ve been on track with my workouts for 2017, but for 2018 I hope to work on eating healthier, more well balanced meals!
My goal for 2018 is to visit my sister more :)
My goal(s) in the New Year are to trust my instincts, learn to say “no” and be kinder to myself.
My goal for 2018 is to challenge myself more. I’ve fallen into a rut of doing the same thing over again and being bored. I want to change that.
My goal is to be more “present” with my family and focus on getting my new website up and running for my small shop.
My goal for 2018 is to learn how to photograph my cakes better! Reading this blog is a big inspiration!
My goal for 2018 is to buy a house! Thanks for the giveaway!
Sent in my proof of pre-order as well!!
Wow, this is amazing! One of my biggest goals for 2018 is to actually put into action the cookbook club my friend and I have been talking about. We have collected so many cookbooks over the last couple years, which means there are hundreds of recipes to try. We want to use our cookbook club to work our way through the books faster. All of our friends will make a dish from the selected book and bring it for everyone to try. Then we will pick the next book we want to cook from and repeat the following month. It will be so tasty and so much fun!
My goal for 2018 is to run a faster marathon. I ran my first in October and I was OK with my slow time, but now that I know I can actually finish it’s time to pick up the pace!
Oh, and I definitely pre-ordered your new cookbook, when you first announced it!
My goal for 2018 is to run a half marathon.
One of my goals for 2018 is to read more books
My goal for 2018 is to branch out and try new recipes! I tend to cook the same things over and over and want to add some variety.
Goal would be to survive having two kids! ha
One goal for 2018 is to play guitar and sing with my kids most days. . . It’s been nearly 2 decades since I picked up an instrument, but I’d love to be a little more creative, and also get my kids into music from a young age.
my goal for 2018 is to get rid of a few things – i’ve started trying to use up items i have too many of, and condense my stuff down to things i can really care about. besides, i’m moving in march and it would be great to have a box or two fewer :)
My goal for 2018 is to find more joy. If things (relationships) aren’t bringing me happiness, I want to remove them from my life.
My goal for 2018 is to write down 3 things I’m grateful for every day.
One of my goals for 2018 is to get my 96 year old mother-in-law, that lives with us, in the kitchen with me more. In her younger days, she LOVED cooking and I would love to not only learn her favorite recipes, but also make memories that I can cherish forever.
PS….I pre-ordered The Pretty Dish back in August and I am so excited for its launch! Congrats
To pay off my credit cards and car loan, to be a good partner & to practice being grateful for what I have :)
