Kick things off with my mediterranean quinoa kale salad. This is a panera copycat and so, so good!
Next – easy pepperoni chickpea tortilla pizzas. Major crave worthy.
Shrimp summer rolls are next on the list. First of the season!
Then we’re doing caramelized onion and burst tomato pasta. It is delish.
Try my new sticky BBQ chicken meatballs with broccoli slaw! We love them.
And finally, grilled pulled pork and sweet corn pizza. Mmmmm.
For lunches – a batch of perfect pickled veggies for sandwiches.
And breakfast = a big batch of apple cinnamon baked oatmeal.
