Tuesday Things.

1. Desperately need to reorganize my kitchen junk drawer, because I can’t live without a junk drawer. But I also hate my junk drawer.
2. Making the most amazing chocolate chip cookies today.
3. My favorite fall color palette is full of jewel tones or muted mauve-y neutrals.
4. A few weeks ago I discover Olivia Dean’s music and we are all obsessed. We’ve been listening non stop!

Regarding the workout tips. My husband and I created an epic home gym starting March 15, 2020. We’ve since outfitted a two car garage and you can see the evolution of our workout styles
We started deep into CrossFit and then my husband switched to powerlifting and now strongman and I’ve switched to running and powerlifting style workouts
Knowing exactly how much we spent is a huge motivator to get out there and use it. We branded our gym, have t-shirts and an instagram account. We know how much our workout clothes, shoes, and other accessories.
And I think the cost consideration also helps even if you’re working out at a gym or classes (or even running). I know exactly how much my shoes cost and I only wear them for running and they live in the garage so even the set up of having to go in the garage to get something is a reminder to use it.
