We love this chocolate glazed banana bread! Our favorite banana bread recipe made with plain greek yogurt, baked until tender and then drenched in a rich chocolate glaze. Tastes like a treat!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x5 inch loaf pan with nonstick baking spray.
In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt.
In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar. Whisk in the eggs one at a time. Whisk in the vanilla extract. Whisk in the mashed bananas.
Stir in the dry ingredients until just combined. Stir in the sour cream until combined.
Pour in the loaf pan. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes, or until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool completely before glazing. Let the glaze set for 20 to 30 minutes before slicing.
