Peanut butter iced lattes are my love language! Easy peanut butter syrup is mixed with freshly brewed espresso and milk and served over crushed ice. Your summer drink is here!
Whisk the water and sugar together over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Whisk in the peanut butter until combined. Let the mixture bubble and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes, whisking often.
Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool completely before using. You can store this in the fridge for about a week!

Fill a glass with crushed add. Add the peanut butter syrup. Top with the espresso. Stir together. Add the milk on top and stir or shake.
