Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 8x4 inch loaf pan with nonstick baking spray.
In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, chai spice, baking powder, soda and salt.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar. Whisk in the pumpkin and yogurt. Whisk in the oil and vanilla extract.
Stir in the dry ingredients until just combined and smooth. Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
To make the streusel, stir together the sugar, flour and chai spice. Add the butter and mix with a fork, eventually mixing with your hands so the butter is fully incorporated and the mixture is moistened. Evenly sprinkle it over the pumpkin bread.
Bake the bread for 50 to 55 minutes, or until a tester inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove and let cool completely before slicing. Enjoy!
