Turkey summer sliders are perfect for a beach or pool day! Honey mustard, smoked turkey, provolone and potato chips are topped with a tangy lettuce salad. Just slice and serve!
In a bowl, whisk together the mayo, vinegar and garlic. Stir in the pepperoncini, onion, oregano and a big pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
Slice the slab of rolls in half lengthwise. Set the top of the buns aside.
On the bottom slab, spread the honey mustard. Top with a layer of potato chips.
Add on the provolone slides. Add on the smoked turkey.
Add the shredded lettuce to the bowl of dressing and toss well, for a few minutes until everything is incorporated.
Add the lettuce on top of the turkey. Top with the tomato slices. Top with the top slab of buns.
Slice and serve!
